TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and supplier pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including due to out-of-stock items, supplier price changes, or pricing errors.

2. Products and Services
We sell bowling balls both drilled and undrilled. We offer two-finger drilling services for $40, which you can order and use to drill balls purchased elsewhere. Promotions that include drilling apply only when drilling is purchased together with a ball. Your invoice will show the full drilling price, with any promotional discount applied to the total order.

3. Customer-Provided Information
All drilling is performed based on the specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all measurements (including finger sizes, pitches, and PAP) are accurate.

4. Drilling Limitations and Order Refusal
We have limitations on the drilling services we can provide, including limits on available pitch selections. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the requested specifications cannot be accommodated.

5. No Returns
All sales are final. Unless otherwise compelled by law, we do not accept returns and will not offer refunds for any reason other than our inability to produce the products ordered, for pickup at the pickup site with reasonable availability. Any items sold on this platform are special-ordered to fulfill our obligations and we would incur substantial expenses attempting to return the same to our distributors to accommodate any request for a return, cancellation, or refund.

6. Accommodations for Errors
If we fail to drill a ball according to the specifications provided in your order, and within our published tolerances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a remedy. This may include a refund or replacement. This is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Adjustments and Additional Work
We do not perform plug work or thumb drilling. Our services on balls which have already been drilled are limited to the following: enlargement from standard finger hole sizes to vacuum; beveling; grip size changes; and surface adjustment. All services not explicitly purchased through this web-site will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Services other than those identified above will not be offered and we would instead refer you to other local pro shop operators.

8. Pickup Policy (No Shipping)
All orders are for local pickup only, at our address in Woodland Hills, greater Los Angeles County, California. The pickup address is in our footer. We do not offer shipping of any kind as part of our normal business practice.

If you place an order and are unable to pick it up for any reason, we will decide, at our sole discretion, one of the following:

• The order may be considered abandoned, with no refund or credit, following the expiration of a 30-day period from the date that we have designated the item ready for pickup; or

• We may agree to ship the item if you provide a prepaid shipping label. In that case, you will be responsible for all shipping risks, including loss or damage, and a handling fee of at least $15 payable to No-Thumb Bowling Supply.

9. Risk and Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid to us. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. General
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We may update these terms at any time, and the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
